Description:
- A curriculum-based 15-week course program for families & children to attend.
- Families will learn how to properly nurture their children & seek support within the community.
- The goal is to reduce social isolation, share information and develop relationships/support networks of families.

- Programming includes open discussions, early intervention, family trips, guest speakers, parenting skills, workshops, education, employment, and support and referral services.

adult education
Description:
- A set of adult education courses are offered including: English as a second language (ESOL), GED, job readiness and family literacy.
- Family literacy curriculum focuses on child development and school readiness.
- Helps parents set and achieve goals to enroll in additional training and high education courses.
financial literacy & life skills
Description:
Incentive:
- Explores attitudes & values related to money.
- Education to learn how to save and budget.
- Identify new career paths and set goals toward self-sufficiency.
- Participants agree to share what they have learned with friends and neighbors in their communities.

- After completing the course, participants receive 8-week course in which participants receive individual coaching & mentoring toward identified goals.
Family Leadership Summit
Description:
- Identifies adult caregivers from each community who have leadership qualities.
- Provides them with leadership and advocacy training as a cross-site cohort.
- These parents attend a full day of leadership training during which they participate in leadership and advocacy skills training.
- Activities continue year-around for the parents to learn how to support, mentor and advocate for others in their communities.
